With a license you can centrally manage and monitor the devices. This includes configuring settings, receiving and performing updates and resolving issues remotely. This is crucial to maintaining security, stability, and compatibility with Joan's latest features.

• Joan Essentials : Basic licensing model that provides Joan's core functionalities, such as booking meeting rooms and displaying room availability.
  
• Joan Professional : Additional features such as advanced analysis and reporting capabilities and integrations with other business tools and systems.
• Joan Enterprise : Additional customization options and enterprise-level support, with options for advanced security features and custom integrations.

This license is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Afterwards you can renew the license for one year at a time if you wish.
