Previously, answers primarily consisted of text, but now your AI BFF offers simulations that help you better understand the topic. Explaining a molecule or a complex physical system? You can explore the world with a single prompt.
Vids continue to amaze
In addition to dozens of templates for you to choose from, scenarios based on your Gemini prompts or existing slideshows or other videos, you can now also create (generate) videos based on documents (Google Docs, PDF, or Word).
Making a summary swing? Your resume in the form of a personal present-me-video? A shopping list or to-do list, but ten times more amusing? Your video is made in an instant! Music, images, scenario, voice-over, avatar... You are the director.
First, take a look in the mirror
Is a full soiree of Vid too much for you? Then you can start low-key with a recording of your Presentation. Previously, you had to share your Slides in a Google Meet and record that Meet to have a recording of your training or instructions. Now you can easily "tape" yourself thanks to the perfect integration between Vids and Slides. You set up the starting slide (and yourself) in Google Slides, select "record" in the right-hand bar, and you're immediately guided to a new window, where the clock counts down and your one-man show can take off.
After recording, the video is neatly ready in your Drive, where you can edit it with captions, your logo, an end screen, etc. in Vids. And so the circle is complete!
P.S. Did you already know about speaker spotlight? You provide a little window in your slideshow, so participants in your meeting can see you inside the slide. This way, you are elegantly in view, and listeners can concentrate on the presentation without having to switch windows in Meet, etc. This significantly promotes engagement and ensures that participants "hide" less behind their screens.
